[help] PC not booting

Hello guyz recently I build an i5 rig for friend
specs:
i5 2400
4gb kingston
1tb seagate
elite 371
corsair cx430 psu (one available at galaxy)
DH61WW

Now from some days it giving terrible problem. sometime it turn on sometime dont. when it dont turn on, on pressing power button fans starts and then stop and start and stop . and during this sometime it starts. and also turn off automatically when in windows . like restart button. and then this thing start again

Cleared cmos
removed cell

and there is no beep in that situation

First thing first, bring that godly PSU with yourself and check it on your PC.

sounds too random to be a motherboard issue. try a different PSU

brother No beep. ram ka ho issue to beep krta hai. ye to POST se pehle hi aise hai. barhal ram utar kr dekhi hai aur change kr ke bhi,
Its seems Motherboard to me too but will try my PSU on that PC today

I installed my PSU on that PC and it worked fine.

we all were blaming shareef intel board and it was PSU. Corsair Sucks also. and no warranty My vendor give on PSU WTF
