[HELP] Ide hdd working in pio mode or not...

okay so 2 weeks back i went to iran and i took my WD ide hdd with me after coming back a few days back and connecting the hdd to my pc i faced slow read/write speeds( this is my secondary hdd my primary hdd is sata) i didnt know why it was so slow so i installed hard disk sentinel and it showed that my hdd performace was on 50% and it stated that it was working in pio mode... so i did some research to find out was pio mode was and fix it... googled but i didnt find a fix that would work. when i open device manager it states that both by hdd are working in dma mode...so i was further confused as what was wrong...

the fixes i have tried :
      1. registry edit to fix the pio mode error
      2.
removing ide/atapi controllers from device manager and rebooting
      3. trying a new ide cable

none of these worked for me.
attached below is the hdd report
ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

the ide controller iamge for both hdds :
will upload later both one hdd is working in ultra dma mode 6 and the other in multi-word dma mode 2

      any help will be appreciated.

This doesnt seem to be any driver issue..
use HD tune and show us a surface scan report....
and see if the hard disk is error free and there are no bad sectors..
      and then confirm back..!!!
