      To the topic, try rubbing it with some cleaning agent that are for LCD scratches, if the scratch is too deep buffing it might help.

      thanks for appreciation see u were woorried about ur old lcd and u knew what happened to it . Now think about me what were my feelings when i saw scratch on my core i5 laptop and i rarely used it !!! i never understood how that scratch occurred still a mystery

      I think he followed my advice of using microfiber cloth and blowing water vapours through mouth on screen.

      And aamir if u kept on repeating this process daily i think almost 90% of scratch will be removed after few days
