I really doubt if its the bios, it seems more like a motherboard problem (or a restart loop). Is it in warranty?

re-seat your chip and fix the HSF properly.

I read each word of your thread before posting and you NEVER mentioned in your first post that you have had reseated the chip. Have you been overclocking and changed voltages of your RAM during your last successful session ?

Yea you need someone who can help you out in that, its just that most people are running 1155 socket these days. Was there a power surge in between when this happened?

i reseated the chip and cooler as well.
yes i did overclock the chip and the voltages settings are 1.5v which is supported by RAM. after this overclock, it did run perfect for next 2 days but from yesterday morning its giving this issue.

got wapda time when i made proper shutdown last time but i didnt unplugged the power cord cable or turn off from main switch.

Dear before you get your chip or mobo checked, try a different RAM and a different PSU. If you need them, I can provide you for checking purpose.

Man I forgot that you were in ISB, ask Voodoo if he can help you out in this matter or as KDKhan is already offering what he can.

^^^^ brother it has been done already and as a top priority. as he is very close to my location.
i do appreciate him as he spare so much time and space to resolve my problem. he checked PSU, rams etc everything but no relief. after that i decide to post a thread on the PG, may be i get some new point or else.
