the expiry of the teletech warranty is on 28 may 2012 so you still have a months time for the warranty and i give you one week of money back guarantee if any problems arises in the hardware... i have personally used this phone and i have played around with it quite a bit and i have not encountered any flaws in the hardware and software.. i am using a cutom ui for gowidget and it looks much better than the stock ui, i will however do a factory reset if the purchaser requires...
