its best you go to saddar and get that wire made. But first u would need to find out the wiring configuration for somebody to make it. Be very careful, USB ports give out 5 volts that can cause alot of damage if connected or wired wrong

Sure, go to Regal and ask them to make it for you. But you need to have the internal wire configuration with you. The wire configuration should be in the manual or look it up on google. PM me if you need my no. or more help

      Dear Zasha Salaam,
Actually I got this UPS from a PG member so I dont have any informtion abut "internal wire configuration". I tried to find out at apc.com but the my model is old and was unable to find any user manual over there.

Please help me to find the internal wire configuration of APC BACK-UPS 8000.

i have an apc smart network management card that goes into apc ups. you can plug it in from the back in the slot provided. simply access it from a normal lan cable with rj-45 ends. pm if interested.

IF u use a router wouldnt it just be easier to connect the 10/100 Base-T LAN port to a router, thus networking ur APC. You could then probably access it through a browser or a proper software
