XBOX-1 with 13 games, works 100% going super-cheap

hello everyone, this is omar from islamabad.

i need a little cash these days, and therefore have to sell my XBOX-1 with the following games and as per following nice & easy terms~

games:
1. dead or alive 3
2. dead or alive xtreme
3. dead or alive ultimate (2-disc set)
4. hitman bloodmoney
5. 007 from russia with love
6. project winback 2
7. the indigo prophecy / fahrenheit
8. star wars knights of the old republic 2
9. time splitters 2
10. doom 3
11. the punisher
12. full spectrum warrior: ten hammers
13. rainbow six: critical hour

other stuff:
- built-in hard-disk to save games and ripping audio-cd's
- 1 controller, in slightly beat up appearance, but works fine
- 1 AV cable
- 1 power cable

terms:
- asking price PKR 3,000 only for the whole shebang
- payment in full via cash or cheque / pay-order, whichever is convenient
- will ship to any part of pakistan, but shipping charges to be paid by buyer as per actual cost (original shipping / courier bill will be provided to buyer)
- no returns, please~
- i will arrange any 1 other game that you would like to have, free of cost
