CLASSES

Here I'll share my personal insights on the different classes in MP. These are only the things I've picked up on, they're not the absolute final word. If anyone finds anything important I'll add it to the OP. I would advice all newcomers to have a look at it though

ENGINEER



PRIMARY ABILITY -- REPAIR TOOL

Level 1 unlocks repair of Ammo dispensers, broken turrets and exoskeletons. Level 2 unlocks only an increase in repair speed but level 3 unlocks hacking enemy turrets to make them your own.

SECONDARY ABILITY -- SENTRY TURRET

Level 1 unlock is a simple sentry that fires bullets at enemies within range and level 2 only fastens the deployment of the turret. Level 3 sentry turrets track enemies faster and fire rockets as well.

WEAPON OF CHOICE -- StA3 LMG



OVERVIEW

-The engineer is a vital part of any team, ensuring that team members never run out of ammo while providing solid defense when the objective demands it so.
-Level 3 repair does not seem to be of much use at the moment as in order to hack an enemy turret and make it your own, you have to get close to it and that is very hard to do without dying. The only way to do so is to hack it while it's distracted or if it's placed in a particularly poor position. It's an alright ability but one you shouldn't waste your points on in the early going.
-Level 3 sentry turret on the other hand can be quite useful while defending objectives. As a general rule of thumb, never place a turret in an obvious position (e.g near an objective), it will be taken out instantly. Instead place it in positions of higher vantage so that it can take potshots at the enemy.
-The engineer starts off with the M224-1A LMG with its unending clips which can provide plenty of cover fire but not much else due its low damage. The StA3 LMG corrects that, it is absolutely deadly at close range if used in the right manner. The StA2 Battle Pistol is a great secondary weapon as it just gives you a lot more grenades. Both these weapons are level 3 unlocks unfortunately so you'll have to work your way to them.



TACTICIAN



PRIMARY ABILITY -- TACTICS

Level 1 is the ability to capture spawn points, level 2 unlock will get the job done faster. Level 3 increases the capture speed even more but also allows you to capture areas in "capture and hold" missions faster as well.

SECONDARY ABILITY -- RECON

Level 1 unlock will reveal all enemy targets on the map within 30 meters. Level 2 will give access to a flying sentry drone which will patrol the area and fire at any enemies that approach it. Level 3 will improve the tracking capabilities of the drone letting it spot and shoot enemies faster.

WEAPON OF CHOICE -- M82 Assault Rifle



OVERVIEW

By far the most important class in the game. Let it be known, a team is only as good as its tacticians. Without a good tactician in your team, you'll most likely be spending all of your time hauling ass across the massive maps. I'd advise everyone to focus on this class when starting out.
- More spawn points = Getting to the objective faster = More reinforcements = Win
- When calling the sentries it's better to avoid wide open spaces, instead try to get it into the busier areas of the map. Odds are everyone will be so busy with the fighting they won't even notice it and it'll rack up the kills.
- When you're trying to capture a tactical spawn point, use your recon ability to see where the enemies are and avoid them. Your objective should be the spawn point and nothing more.
- Odds are the other team are going to have their fair share of guys trying to get spawns, so it's better to move in pairs.
- Use your mic! Tacticians are great at locating targets, help out your teammates by telling them where they are.

Warzone Tips
-During assassination, when you're protecting someone be sure to deploy drones near the hiding place. They'll weed out those infiltrators and marksmen.
-During capture and hold, remember the fact that the tactician can capture territories faster, use that to your advantage.

The game barely made it to the streets and look at all the hype. Great to see everyone gathering up for this like they did in Killzone 2, only this time, let's hope it really lasts. Gonna get my copy this weekend InshAllah.

we should arrange a grand PG only server for this weekend, thankfully they added custom servers right at the end..... so guys be online on this weekend's saturday and sunday night... if we can have like 6 people minimum , it would be a lot of fun
