USB Connection

Hello Guys

I need help in deciding the best USB connection.

We have a 4MB PTCL connection.
But PTCL fails all the time

So thought to have a backup konnection, plus with USB I can take it outside.


Which company's the best for a 1MB connection?
PTCL Evo is offering 1MB for 1K Unlimited..
With 4K activation charges..

So what do you suggest?
