Upload speed on world call 4 mb ?

Anyone using world call 4mb can u please tell me what upload speed do u get on world call server at speedtest.net ..

i tested my internet connection at two different speed test site

downloads: 1.09Mbps
uploads: 0.8Mbps
http://www.speedtest.net/
downloads: 1.98Mbps
uploads: 0.5Mbps

i think if u have 4MBPS bandwidth .. so must be having UPLOAD around 1 MBPS... that means around 110 to 120 KB/s
