Cannot use wifi because I am using fiber optic wire which is directly coming through their office and is connected to my PC using LAN card.

Which mobile phone are we talking about here?

You cannot do what you are asking about. However, you can do the opposite i.e. Use Phone's Internet on PC.

^ I am not a networking expert but i'll try to answer this query.

May i have a picture of the Connector your fiber optic has? Isn't there any converter or something to be able to use the same wire a WiFi Router?

      P.S. MOVED to Broadband Section.

I think I can help u in this matter. Get ur self a tplink wifi router. Simply connect ur isp cable to its wan port and connect the provided cable which comes with the router to connect the routers lan port to the pc lan port. Now go to the routers setup interface I think it is 192.168.0.1 and then go to quick setup. It will automatically select pppoe. After that it will ask for username and password. Input ur username and password provided by ur isp. Hope it helps

bro install some wifi usb to ur computer make a wireless adhoc connection from network and sharing
go to change adapter settings and share ur present internet connection with wireless network connection
now by clicking the small computer near ur volume control icon and connect the connection u made
ONE thing to remember that when u will be making adhoc connection it depends on ur mobile whether it supports WEP , WPA , WPA2 etc or no security (PREFERRED)
Now switch on ur mobile wifi and connect to the connection u created internet will Work on mobile Insha Allah
Some times nothing seems wrong but there is no internet access so either u have to delete the connection and make it again or turn off internet sharing previously told and then again switch it on

I hope it helps as i hate typing so tried my best to cover complete detail in short form rest depends on u how much Computer IQ u have
