you've made this topic multiple times now, are you working for qubee or something ? you can safely tell us, there's no shame in admitting that
this is illegal .. related to hackingits not allow here i think :/
^^They also lie that there internet is totally unlimited .... is this legal?
Dude I am a previous user of Qubee. When it was launched there customer service clearly stated that there service includes Unlimited usage. They may have changed there site now. If you want proof then visit there facebook page unless they have deleted the posts there.
^
They put asterisks like this:
I am the Supervisor on PG*, so bow down to me Muwahahaha...
*can supervise Market Place only.
___
They put asterisk messages sideways, on other pages, in small fonts, and even hidden sometime, its a marketing technique. Otherwise they can lose millions of dollars if successfully sued.
Ya it was my bad that I did not visited there website before applying ... I went straight to there office.
I know this is not the thread to discuss this thing in but have you seen Telenor and Zong ads on TV? They write that you can call at 1 Rupee.
1 Rupee per what? Per call? Per minute? Per 30 seconds? Per seconds???
Thats their marketing technique. A naive person will call for full 30 minutes only to find that his balance is now 30 rupees down.
__
And that is what Qubee people are doing on their sites. They use asterisks and hide the clause of the sentence in such a place that the person is unable to find it and instead wastes a lot of money by getting their "hidden" payment plans.
These lines are new cause last time I visited there site there was only written "*Terms & Conditions/Fair usage policy applies" but now after so many complains they have actually defined the "Fair Policy" lol* Fair Usage Policy
Qubee Fair Usage Policy applies to all residential unlimited volume packages.
- The unlimited packages have no cap on the amount a customer downloads. However, the customer bandwidth may be subjected to a higher contention;
- If consistent abusive data volume consumption is observed and/or data consumption exceeds 30GB during one billing cycle
- The unlimited packages for residential users are not usable by commercial users or for further reselling as per directives of PTA
Ya you are write about connection ads. Even Zong website do not explain properly of all the charges of the a certain package,
