I believe its the "overview" of the story.

About time you start acting Responsible and take this Seriously. OR Get ready to bear the consequences, which may not seem a bloody joke to you yet, but i assure you that you WILL regret in future.

If your own damn fault. You should've met a PTCL Official (General Manager of PTCL Broadband Pakistan) to resolve your internet working issue (which would've worked if you weren't that naive). And now when you 'Dont use it' while still have their connection line coming to your house, you are crying about the Bill they charged you.

You cannot backout now, and paying the bill is the ONLY way. Its the punishment of your own mistakes.
Still before its too late, move your ass and get to PTCL main exchange, meet the relevant officials and get it disconnect AND your bill paid.

P.S. You MAY survive the arrest, but you'll bear the consequences in future as said by Ammar & Pleasant.
