Note:If u get any Problem Re-guarding this Process...Feel free to let me no. U can Contact me on Pakgamers and Skype.

      (UPDATE)

In this process you can also use a tool named Net Limiter which allows you to limit the net speed or you may say net bandwidth according to your requirements.

This Process Works Perfectly On These Operating Systems:

      Windows Xp, Windows Vista 32 and 64-bit, Windows 7 32 and 64-bit

      Enjoy

This Process is for those who OWN HTC Android Phones & other Cell Phones

      Step # 1:-

First you need Virtual Router Manager software that will convert your laptop into virtual access point which is both secure using WPA2 (the most secure wireless encryption) and much easier to setup . Just put your own SSID which is any name like and then put a 13 digit password and then click start virtual router button.

      Step # 2:-

Now go to settings in HTC and then turn on WIFI , your mobile will quickly find all available networks including the one you have just created or named. Now just add it and put password to enjoy high speed internet sharing

      Virtual Router Manager Software Link

Note:Virtual Router is actually a free, open source software based router for PCs running Windows 7. With this software you can share any internet connection (Wifi, Local Area Network, Cable Modem, Dial-up, Cellular) with any Wifi device (Laptop, Smart Phone, iPod Touch, iPhone, Android Phone, Zune, Netbook, wireless printer).

      Nice. Someone should try it.

How much do those WiFi routers with USB slots cost? I'm assuming you can directly plug in your wireless USB device into the router and get it to throw out WiFi signals.
Don't worry about what people think. They don't do it very often.
