Brothren my net was just fine about a week ago after that i am facing speed downgrade problem.My phone is also not working can u guys tell me a no. on which i can register a complaint from mobile ?

1216 and other no.s are not working on my mobile....plz help!

It is my honest suggestion bro, you should attack on PTCL Exchange directly. going exchange and telling problems there is better then registering your complain on their so called help lines. tell them you are attached to business and their poor internet facilities are ruining your buisness don't forget to show them some anger

Don't take it as a joke. I have much experience with them so I know how to deal with them
