      Assalamu alikum,

I tried the settings which were mentioned above, but i don't know its still not working. The device i bought was already having a wifi password. I have no idea what it could be. i was thinking of going to ptcl one stop shop myself but then thought of googling the case. and fortunately found your thread. May be i am missing something while following the above instructions.

When i connect the router via usb then there is a dial up connection with the name 3g Nitro Cloud. If i go and edit for static ip only there i find only two options to change, 1 use the following ip address. In this one i edited the ip it was listed here. 2nd option is use the following DNS server. I added the preferred and alternated DNS server. But there are no options for default gateway or subnet mask.

So please can any one guide me on this how to get the wifi key reset?
