So from my point of view go for Linksys or D-Link with your eyes shut and plz don't fall for TP-Link, a lot of people will recommend you TP-Link but in reality they are just making you fool they as they are all ready are fools themselves (NO Offence People).
No offense but you are the fool here. Linksys and D-Link do not manufacture magic. You still need to focus on the specifications before you buy.

As an example: you cannot expect a G series Linksys router to outgun an N series TP-Link router, just because the former was manufactured by Linksys. Point is that don't buy cheap models of any brand, if you want performance.

TP-Link offers a huge variety of hardware at affordable prices. Of-couse, the best of TP-Link products are expensive too.

What people usually do is invest in cheapest models and then complain about lack of performance.

I recommend that you invest in an N series router, regardless of brand. Specifications are important.

Yes, it works. Any brand will do.

However, TP-Link is more affordable as usual. TL-WA830RE is great choice.

Bro you are showing Fanbiosm here not the facts, if you dont believe me, then ask the people outside PG and then come to me weather im right or wrong, and secondly I tackle with all most every Router every day so you cant judge me that I know nothing about Routers or modem here epically TP-LINK alryt.

And yes im still gona say that people who fall for cheap modems or router just for their cheap prices and shahkaas are the biggest fools in our planet. If im wrong then prove that im wrong and for your kind info CISCO is the world bestes network company so this is total stupidity that Linksys sucks and TP-link rules, next time before posting my bro plz do a background check rather than just making false posts and wasting people's valuable time alryt kiddo.

If you dont know about networks then do us all a kind favour just keep quite. And let the experts tell which thing is right for our fellow PG member.

And plz don't tell me that about G and frequencies and N frequencies alryt I know about them, and yes this is right that N frequency is more superior than a,b,g frequencies and the companies ive recommended also provides N frequencies Routers as well as Modems.

@OP: These are the bestes brands and will provide you all the features that are much much superior as well as the modern one's then the stupid TP-link.

      You accuse me of fanboyism?

I have sold hundreds of TP-Link devices to date. Even installed them on houses of many customers. Your comments only show your ignorance.

CISCO charges a lot too, genius.

And where did I said that Linksys or any other brand sucks?

So-called experts like you only spread confusion and fanboyism.

Your message is that all TP-Link devices suck. None of them are good. Correct? You better don't give people advices with this kind of mentality.

I don't fall for rankings. They are for noobs.

Yes, Cisco is certainly a big name in networking industry. This I give to you.

CISCO charges a lot too, genius. You pay a lot for CISCO products.

So-called experts like only spread confusion and fanboyism. Thank you.

Your message is that all TP-Link devices suck. None of them are good. Correct?

Bro no need to get personal alryt we both are giving our opinions to the OP, and yes majority TP-link devices do suck and that's my personal experience as well as other people's as well. But there are few models that are good enough but not that great then the manufacturers that ive mentioned above. As for my self there's nothing personal regarding me and Tp-link im just pointing out my as well as other people's feedback here. If you dont agree with me then its fine with me, but like I said I roam around on daily basis so I know which things are best and for what purpose alryt bro.

And as far as CISCO is concerned yes im a huge fan of it but that's not it, the thing is that I dont buy their stuff now and then but you may also know that they are the best no matter what, so people like me as well as others dont fall for other brands when they all ready know that the merchandise they are using is awesome in all aspects, so its kinda idiotic to buy that stuff just because its cheaper but no way nearer then the superior one. I hope you got my point. If you still have any doughts then search the Internet and then maybe you'll know the reality.

Now you are making some sense.

Obviously, TP-Link in not the top brand in the networking industry. But it delivers. Some TP-Link devices DO GIVE EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE.

The customer should be properly guided on this matter. People who have poor knowledge of networking gear typically end up with making wrong choices or costly ones.

Anybody who has some knowledge of networking hardware knows about CISCO. The company's reputation is well established.

I am surprised that why you even felt the need to lecture me about CISCO?

Look at the budget of the guy whom we are trying to help; PKR 4500 only. Give an advice which can solve his problem in this price range. I have given him correct advice, as per my experience. He is not planning to expand signal to the entire block or mahallah.

Belkin should be No.1 because its routers are far more superior than any of the other routers. Not just because of the price tag but the signal quality is great and performance-wise it is superior in every aspect
