Playing XBOX original titles on the 360

Hey guys - I have a few questions.

M$ has a list of xbox games that are backward compatible with the 360. http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/back...ygameslist.htm

I allways wanted to try out Munch's oddysee. So i found it on the torrents and have started downloading it.

Could someone guide me how I should get it to work on my 360? I have a Jasper Elite PAL running LT. Will using a fake xbox1 game get me banned?

How do I burn it - and what DVD should I use for it (i've never burnt a 360 game before but i'm guessing the sticky guide will help me here)?
What are the risks involved?
Will my 360 be able to play this game or do I need to first download some official patch (if yes, where do I get it from)?

you can't just download the xbox version and play it on your pirating 360, you need to download a version of the game specifically altered for the 360, you can find links on the iso forums, they have a full sub section of xbox 1 games re-created for the 360.

The altered version of the xbox game - is that specifically for the pirated 360 or all 360 in general? Reading on the M$ website (link on first post) - it says I require a software emulator to run - i was wondering where to get it; but it seems I dont need an emulator rather I need a modified version of the game... or is it both?!

And which iso forum do u recommend (link and invitation - if possible )!

Yaar go and buy Xbox 1 games from market and tell the shopkeeper that you want to run it on 360...He'll provide you an emulator disk with the game...(At least thats what happened when I went to purchase Halo 2)

yes those games r specially made so they run on modded 360...if u want to run on unmodded 360 then ul need original copy of the xbox1 titles and when u insert in ur 360 it will ask u automatically to download some files frm LIVE that will help in running that xbox1 game on ur 360.

dude i don't get what ur saying...r u talking abt xbox1 emulator on PC coz if u r then that emulator needs major work before its even near to running a few games.

Hmmm I'm talking about 360 there was a disk which I have to enter before playing Xbox games...Oh wait I think it was some kind of update disk and the guy told me that its emulator PK Shopkeepers FTW!
