about copied games please help

hi guys i am a pc gamer but know i am going to buy a new xbox 360 and i think i only bought those games which i need to play online and download those which i need to play single player ( kahi ye to nahi ke me online game kehlne ke baad jab copied game kehlon ga to tab bhi meri xbox banned hone ka dar hai or ye zarori hai ke xbox 360 ko flash kia jai copied games kehlne ke liea)

you cant play copied games unless your xbox is modded (flashed).
you cant download full version of the games (unless you pay for it on xbox live). you can only download demos from xbox live.
and you have you BUY xbox live GOLD subscription in order to download games and some other stuff.
and you WILL get banned from xbox live" eventually", but with the newest firmware (lite touch), chances are low..
also to prevent getting banned, DONT use malaysian dvds, download the games and burn them yourself, make sure that the games you download are stealth proof ( abgx360 verified ).
