I mean, nobody really know about Eagle Eye converters for PS3?
It allows mouse keyboard support for all console games.

ON the same note, aiming with the Move controller sucks. Why do I think so? Because I haven't practiced yet. Probably the same reason PC FPS lovers think that gamepad sucks. I used to think so too, but just a bit of practice and I was gaming FPSs on consoles without any problems.

I think the perfect choice of FPSs is the Navigation Controller and Mouse combination. You can pretty much get the desired couch posture at no sacrifice of mouse aiming precision plus the perfect navigation controller.

I thought since they are challenging each other, PS3 gamers will use the console trademark controller the gamepad vs pc trademark M&K!

The nav. controller is an interesting substitute for the usual WASD, i agree.

Well, using XCM/FragFX/EagleEye controllers, any PS3 FPS can be played with a KB/Mouse combo.
Similarly any controller can be mapped to play any PC FPS.

      Here's my prediction.

If the gaming is done on the PS3, the gamepad guys will be able to beat the KB/Mouse guys.
If the gaming is done on the PC, KB/Mouse guys will completely destroy the gamepad gamers.

The reason is simple - ASSISTS. FPS games are designed to facilitate gamepads on the consoles, they're much more RAW on PCs. Being someone who shifts between both the platforms all the time, I can say that it's all about practice.

Besides, FPSs are more than simply aiming. Strategy, position, anticipation, map and timing - anyone who can master this can compensate any lack of aiming precision additionally offered by Mouse/KB where assists are neutral.

Those converters are still translating your movement into analog commands. You will never get 1:1 movement response like the games on PC. Issues like mouse acceleration and smoothing will still be there.

I can play Street Fighter 4 with a keyboard. Can pull off all ULTIs without a problem. But doesn't imply in anyway I can beat a guy who is using a controller. He is just more accurate. Similarly nobody is denying we can play FPSes on controller. But is it more accurate then MOUSE. I highly doubt.

Situation has improved with each revision and iteration of these controllers. There are so many options for tweaking.
To be honest, it's more of their implementation in the game itself and not the limitation of hardware.

Now you are completely denying the fact that we are talking about players who play Counter Strike. This is the most complex shooter on the planet. Simply pointing your CROSSHAIR over an enemy and shooting will never get you a kill.

      It's all about practice man.
I was in Dubai last year and at a Street Fighter tournament a dude with a gamepad beat a guy with an arcade stick.

When we play Killzone3, Major Aly uses the Move. I can't even sprint and turn in the desired angle using the Move
