I'm sorry but the title of the thread is kinda misleading. It should have been"HOW TO CHOOSE BETWEEN XBOX 360 & PLAYSTATION 3" or "CHOOSING BETWEEN XBOX 360 & PLAYSTATION 3 MADE EASIER".

2:Will i get a warranty on Playstation 3 if i buy it from somewhere else than Sony Centre.

The answer to your second question is YES. But if anybody tries not to give you warranty, don't buy. Usually, you do get the warranty.
