Max Payne 3 Fans Can Go Ape Over This Free DLC



Even though the scent of freshly unwrapped plastic is still lingering in the nostrils of those who recently picked up Max Payne 3 on the 360 and PS3, Rockstar Games has let it be known that a free DLC pack is being made available to everyone on PSN and Xbox LIVE to help kick start the game's multiplayer in its first weekend of release.

Entitled the Gorilla Warfare Pack, the content helps you customize your MP loadout by delivering three specific items for you to enjoy. As described by Rockstar, the Gorilla Mask Item gives you extra adrenaline for melee kills from behind, the Lucky Coin Item gives you extra cash when looting bodies, and the Booby Trap item makes your corpse booby trapped so that it explodes when looted by another player.
Nice.

The Gorilla Warfare Pack will also be coming on launch day for the PC version of Max Payne 3, which is slated for May 29, 2012.

Max Payne 3 on PC Comes in Four DVDs

An Indian retailer E-Xpress Interactive has confirmed that the PC version of Max Payne 3 will ship in four discs.

The PC requires a monsterous 35GB space for installation, so it comes as no surprise the game is spanned out in on so many discs.

Max Payne 3 for PC is schedule to release on June 1st. The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions are now available in stores.
