I have seen enough and this applies to 90% of the typical Japanese animes but these 90% cannot out weight the beauty of the rest 10% of the animes so yeh animes rule(The smart ones, not stupid like Bleach and One Piece and the Naruto fillers... argh + high school crap is not my cup of tea)

is it me or the 360 ver indeed HD this time around....also i like how SE addressed the issue of FXIII in this game but the story still feels disappointing.anyway who m i to pass judgement based on a DEMO.that reminds me,can we save our progress in the DEMO?if yes then how?

No, I don't think so. But SE did update their blog telling everyone to replay FFXIII to get familiar with the story and battle system...

I can't believe you're all taking this GI Review so seriously.From what I've seen in the trailers and on Forums The game's better than XIII in every way and that includes the story and characters.And About XIII's story being laughable, I take that back, XIII's story and it's concepts were fantastic and had immense tear inducing potential.It's the Story telling and characters that were abysmal and dragged the whole game down with them.

Trailers dont tell anything. Trust me, the hype for FF XIII was immense.

Exactly. Lets not get our hopes TOO high. I was very excited for XIII. I watched all the trailers and they seemed awesome. When I played the game, I was sorely disappointed. And, then when I watched the same trailers, they seemed pathetic.

@Gizmo: XIII's story was not amazing. Sure, it was good But FF has much more potential than just 'good'.
The concept of Cocoon and Pulse were good, but they failed to deliver the magic. Character development was weird too (*cough* Vanille *cough*). Oh and they could've removed the L'cie and Fal'cie shit. Or could've atleast changed the names >.>
