major factor.... i had only just begun gaming when d2 first came out and i was like "whoa this is the hardest shit i've played" and forgot all about it. picked it up again in 05 and had a lot of fun. now we've played all the games that have come out so it's only natural that it seems easier.

um... my game finally ran thank god.... tried it for a while now but gotta sleep will play tomorrow.... btw, i'm getting incredible lag for some reason.... i wanna know if it's because of my 1mb connection or it's because of the fuckload of people getting in on the open beta.... i will have a huge problem on my hands for retail if it's due to my net.... can the other people who are playing this open beta tell me what their experience was like? and what connection they use?

Yea there definitely is lag, during both single player and co-op. My latency ranges from 300-600. U.S. servers + beta I hope.

gave co-op a test run... no lag... ran fine at around 300ms .... i think i figured out my earlier problem.... i ran the game when it hadn't completed... was still on "optimal" .... it was probably downloading in the background and eating away net speed....

co-op is fucking AMAZING btw

I was getting 500 when the servers were fucked.

But i havnt been able to get less than 300 which is probably cause the US servers were opened for the beta.
