How can I play On PSN with KMEAW CFW?

Hi fellows, I have just bought my new PS3 and have installed KMEAW CFW 2.55 and I wanted to know how can I play on PSN safely. And if sony bans me what happen does the hard disk stops working like xbox 360 or just the ID is broken?

Ok If I can't what happens if I accidentally or trying to copy games Via FTP connect to the internet. I mean if my console is banned what happens. Does hard disk stops working like xbox or just my Id will be blocked?

or else what that is I am trying to find out what happens if they do ban just block my ps3 mac address or do anything else like xbox can we still play from harddisk even after getting banned if you know please let me know thanks.
