is there a way to download demo on pc then transfer it to ps3?

Um yes, but it is practically the same thing as downloading the demo on the ps3, if you are afraid of load shedding corrupting your demo than i think you should try out that technique, if not, then you should know that, that practically the same thing as downloading twice, there is a way however, to download things from psn on to your computer and then to your psp

simply download the pkg file and copy that to ur external hdd having fat32
and install it in the ps3
