OMG ‘Pound Her Stank’ gets banned from XBL

A user who went by the gamertag ‘Pound Her Stank’on LIVE has been permafrosted from LIVE. Read his plea on xbox forums for 'another' chance. And the moderator's response.

my xbox account was permanently suspended due to my gamertag. shouldn't this be temporarly suspended? i've been a member for 3 years and a lot of downloads and xbox live points attached to this account. i dont want to start all over again. is there a way to request lesser suspension? my account gamertag was "pound her stank". i would change my gamertag to get my account back

While we apologize for the inconvenience, we made the decision to permanently suspend the account due to the excessive number of forced name changes due to Code of Conduct violations that have occurred over the life of the account. We felt that giving you 34 chances to create a gamertag that did not violate the aforementioned document should have been more than enough of an opportunity to turn a new leaf.

You are welcome to create a new account, and provided you abide by the terms of use, fully enjoy the service without interruption. However, it should also be noted that if you decide to continue this particular theme, further accounts may suffer the same fate. Our apologies for any frustration this has caused, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

If his all 34 nicknames were based on stupidity and violation of terms of Live then I say he should have been banned a long time ago, after 3-4 chances maybe. I think a network as Live should be more strict about their enforcement of rules.

i guess it was a big risk since so many 8 year olds play on live who might have been scarred for life. i mean iv never heard racial slurs, vulgar abuse or anything remotely close on live voice chat ever. no sir.

As a matter of fact its the freakin kids who rain down all manner of abuse on you. Its the poor chinks and people with accents who get the worst end of the stick.
