Need xbox banning error Help PLEASE!

hi people!I today got a MSG from M$ saying my ban from xbox was mistake,and I have 3 months of XBOX LIVE and 1600 M$ points...sort of pissed cuz i sold my xbox...but I already have two more month on Xbox live and ends in november...does that mean I can still play AFTER MY ACCOUNT GOLD EXPIRES?LIKE REALLY?ALSO I AM SWITCHING Xboxes...I can still use the same account on my new xbox right...with all the memberships and points?

ya u have extended ur gold and u can recover u GT at any console

^ You're 3 Month XBL Gold is currently active and will expire and in November after which you won't be able to play online unless you renew it.

Also, if you buy a new Xbox, you can always recover your gamertag and 1600 MS Points & XBL Gold associated with it will come with it ofcourse.

You just have to buy another Xbox.

.I don't think thats right...I radeemed my 3 M gold in about august and it ends in november...now MS added three more months so till like febuary
