Although i am not at all satisfied with it. It takes too long to boot. i have to restart it 5-10 times before i get the display otherwise i get the black screen. i will post the pics of my chip and hope someone will b able to help me with the problem

is there anything wrong with the soldering? and shd i try to re flash my nand by modifying a fresh jasper 256mb nand for 14699?
Seems like a job not well done. The point "C" should be soldered to C3B2 and not to R4B24 because there is a risk of the pad of the resistor being lifted. As for your boot times, is your console's CB 6750? If yes then you might have to add a capacitor of 400pF to 800pF. I had a jasper 256mb which wouldn't boot at all (with neither Matrix glitcher nor Coolrunner). After adding the capacitor, the console now boots almost instantly.
bro how can i check if its CB 6750? Its a jasper 256 but dunno abt the CB

lol yup its a CB 6750and its running without a capacitor. so all i need is a capacitor of 400pF between point F and GND?
Does anyone have a picture of the capacitor installed on Matrix Glitcher?
