Before and After shown in the pic attached.
Basically the spaces between lines by pressing ENTER are removed thereby mixing things up real bad. Let the picture do the talking.

This is a problem of REPLY BOX. This happens occasionally ... not only in VM, but also in Open Forums ... and its one of the biggest problem with PG's Reply Box. Yes ONE of the biggest ... there are others too.
The only reason i am not complaining about it or reporting it because iNF3RN0 promised a change in forums in near future. The guy is already busy so i dont want to make his life more busy by pointing our mere issues.
Always switch the Editor to "BB Code Mode" or whatever its called. There are much lesser problems this way. (Look for the button at the Top Left of the Reply Box, just above the Bold Button. ("B")
I use PG daily but I never encounter any problem like this :S I don't know what's the reason behind it..try clearing up your browser cache.
PS: which browser you are using? I recommend firefox latest version (it's my primary browser)
ahoo browser ka hi masla he mujh b yahi lagta he
I face this problem too. It's very annoying sometimes.
I dont want to hate this ... but when LONG posts tend to disappear when posting, Formating Problems when you write, Post Editing Problems etc ... i am sorry but it does become drastically annoying.
Everytime i think to edit a LONG post ... i fear that the text is going to either disappear, or will lose its format. The very reason, i dont touch the Edit button after posting.
Although it happens occasionally, but the fear is there you know.
I did communicate this problem with you some time ago, but you said you were unable to do anything in this regard because its vBulletin not you who imposed this new Reply Box.
I have all the browsers installed in my PC.
Opera, Chrome, IE9, Firefox etc ... this problem is not related to browsers. Its the vBulletin's Reply Box.
This started right after they changed the Reply Box to a rather advanced one ... and since you introduced that "Auto Saving" feature.
Anyways ... as i mentioned there are comparatively lesser problems when you write the text in BB Code (Source) Mode enabled, instead of using that Advanced WYSIWYG Mode.
I still think if there is a possibility of adding an option to use the Source Mode as DEFAULT ... it'll be terrific.
