Not Long Ago when i sold my Sapphire 5850 but when it reached to Buyer,,BOOOm ,,I received call that its not working....
Stunnnn..Im down to knees as my 15K Items has gone,,,no one was responsible for this except me...U can say it was my Simplicity that i entertained his claim....But i may not be only victim....
Anyway past is always past n we should look forward to Future,,,,,,,,,,,,,
IMO Deals Made through this web & Sale / Purchase Costs are more than any other Big Shop in Solid Market....
So there must be Some Refinement in System after all its the most active online portal of Pak.
}1 - I think there must b a Guide or Rule Book with Formula Containing Price Drop for Sealed Open items .
}2 - Then Price Drop Percentage Rule with respect to Month wise Warranty left ,,,
}3 - Some standard Rule for shipping Charges for Buyer & Seller..
}4 - Also some warranty or Responsibility Terms on both ends for Items having No Warranty..
}5 - There must be some charges or A bit Hard Rules to post an Add to avoid false n fake Threads.....
In last but not least the Account Opening for this Forum must have some legal basis containing USER PERSONAL INFO so some false deals could be avoid ..There must be some Common Bank Account for all users so Standard Transaction Charges can be calculated..

Well these are few suggestions that may or may not be correct but some thing more advanced or refined is necessary here to improve the whole system n Maximize level of confidence of end User..
Well Critics are welcomed to correct me if im wrong n suggestion are awaited to improve this particular thread......

It's MY product. PG or anyone else for that matter has no right to tell ME how to sell MY stuff or how much I should sell it for. Secondly I'm not sharing my money on some common bank account, are you kidding me?! I hope that was enough criticism.

There is no official guide anywhere. Its solely based on market rate, currency ratios and how much the product is in demand at that given time.

This option is practiced as a word-of-mouth clause between shopkeepers, buyers, sellers and everyone but it is not official nor are there any merits for how much price should be set with respect to remaining warranty.

MOSTLY the on going scale of pricing in market is considered a benchmark. A benchmark NOT a rule!

No. PG cannot partake in being a mediator or insurance provide for any sort of deal. Its completely up to the buyer or the seller how they want their products shipped and moved. Though generally we recommend buyers and sellers to stick with courier services and if possible, in-person deals.

PakGamers has a marketplace where you are allowed to buy and sell. We are not authority, insurance or warranty providers.

Your suggestion put into practice would require that every item is inspected, checked and evaluated separately which is simply impossible.

PG has very strict regulations and absolutely no tolerance for false information, fraud and other dodgy business practices. Furthermore the TRADE SCORE system is free of bias and gives everyone the right to express their opinion regarding the buyer or the seller.

Also, you can point out, PM Or bring to light any issue you have and that issue is always ALWAYS addressed carefully.

Not all PG members use bank accounts

Not all PG members even have bank accounts

Not all PG members make deals that require a bank account.

Furthermore and more importantly, having a central bank account will only lead to a lot of hassle for its management and it would lead to legal complications.

If you go to any shopping center, you make a deal with every shop separately, make transaction and do business with them. EVEN if the deal goes awry, you cannot hold the shopping center responsible for your loss. This is a very difficult fact to adjust to.

Ive always sold stuff of mine on NO warranty whatsoever. Take it from my home after checking and I wont care if it blows up when you get out of my house as if triggered by a proximity sensor.
