Well we can measure strict rules to cut off crap and frauds.. Bte Everything is risky online ... Even we don't know when we got hacked and lose our money... but instead of fear we protect ourself from Good Antivirus and stuff..

Think about it guys ... after all this will open the door of opportunity for pakis...

Lol Transctions from Paypal ban you account ? are u serious , evilgenius runs one of the best forum himself and he deals with such things on daily basis and i myself runs multiple sites and hence i need both PP and AP for it to handle my services expenses , im using PP for about 2 years withouth any problem and using AP for about a year withouth any problem , never got my account limited or whatsoever
The main reason why theres shouldnt be a exchanging section is that mostly PG have kids to teenagers here who dont have any know how on how to handle these things Properly , which leads them to troubles ,
people who are running a premium market places shoudl provide such things not a regular user who browse this forum

I also exchange A.P with a trusted few.

And I do illegal stuff and still get by.

P.S: Incase you didn't get my point. There is nothing illegal about OP's suggestion technically. What I'm trying to say is, people get by running illegal websites, how can you claim you get banned for exchanging money.
