I think when devilguy refused to buy the product, you removed the pic and then sold the product ! Something you did wrong. Its my personal opinion.

The guy who unreserved it, gave you an insight and you knew it could not be sold like this, so you removed the pictures and the lines, sold the card, added them back there and told the mods to close the thread so no suspicion is caused.
All was well till lordscar gave you a negative rating when he found out that the card was opened up.
It was at that time you panicked and created this story which even you can't follow up and now you are suspecting the mods for this...

Lets be honest anyone would have removed the pics given the replies in the thread on IMX.
Now this is what I know, ghanikhan mentioned about the gpu opened e.t.c before it got sold BUT he did this after hasan pointed that out on IMX. After that I see the WTS thread has been edited again a couple of times for reasons I don't know so... yeah.

Being honest on this case. I find ghanikhan to be at some extend of fault here. His non clarity expressions will put anyone in doubt. Forget the Moderators. I see the thread to have alot of issues at the first place and my sense of taking things were not placing the riddles in the correct manner. Anyone can point out a story and proof himself innocent. No one has a free time running into circles for something which had a shaky foundation.
Only if " Lordscar" pled to the removal of the score, it will be entertained, other wise we all have to go and do other things as well. I will wait for the buyer's PM for the removal, else it stays there as it is.
Let put a stop here.

If that GPU is working perfectly with Lordscar just apologize and if he demands compensation for it negotiate a bit that's how you actually trade and keep things gentle so the guy will give you a plus and it's quite unmanly to me making threads like these for pity cases of miss-communication, creates fuss & headache for mods-admins vice versa.

here is my side of the story
1.
I made a thread stating im looking to buy a gpu including gtx 480
Gtx 460 1gb/gtx 560/ gtx 480
so after bumping it i got an SMS "i repeat i got an sms" from this that he is selling galaxy 480 on 10/04/2012 at 1:46 am mentioning condition to be 9.5/10 (sms pictures will b uploaded soon)
so i went through his thread and there was no mention of it being opened there and there werent many pics there
and i saw his awesome score and ws quite assured of his being a good guy
2. at that time i didnt hav enuf cash so i didnt went after it
3. after few days i got my book reader sold so i had the money and i asked him whether he has or its sold. He told me he has an offer of 24k cash and few other offers involving gpu trades (sms proof will be provided). I thought he vud get it sold soon. Bt after a day or 2 he contacted me and we had a deal
4. before finalizing the deal i asked him the condition on the sms and about accessories.
5. he called me and told me its like new and has every single accessory that came with it including the hdmi cable. He denied abt any problem or repairs or any other issues with the gpu
6. so we cut a deal at 22.5k + steel series qck brand new mouse pad ( we agreed that the pad is worth at least 1500) so a total of 24k
7. He sent me the gpu i tested it after 2 days and it worked fine except that hdmi cable was counterfeit not the original mini hdmi to hdmi it was simple hdmi to hdmi. and i talked to him abt it and ignored it in good faith
8. 2 days later i decided to sell it cz i was covering pcie x 1 slot on my mobo which i needed
9. he referred me to voodoo that he might buy it. i contacted voodoo and got this reply

10. please jst check out this guy's thread at IMX he opened the seal on the gpu jst to earn a damn "warranty void achievement" and didnt bothered telling me. Also u can make out well from the conversation in the thread that this guy later edited his thread on PG. So it wasnt there when i saw it
11. after that i asked him about it and did hanky panky that i opened to clean. I told him that if its opened then he has sold me atleast 3-4k costlier and that without me being informed. I jst gave him a negative score and moved on but he started whining and threating to make a thread and informing every1 that its opened and then no1 will buy from me ( ill provide sms proof)
SO WHATS THE PROBLEM
a. counterfeit HDMI cable
b. a gpu opened to gain the warranty void achievement
c. Not informing me even when we talked on fone
MY MISTAKE:
a. trusting him
b. wanting my right of having my money back
MY PEACE OPTIONS AND REQUEST TO MODS:
a. I give him a negative score and he accepts and my negative is removed
b. He pays me 2500 as detriment in price cz of opening the gpu (or modz can suggest an amount) and i remove his negative and all is even
c. HE take the gpu back at 24k and we remove the scores
