Damn agreed. I mean cman, we're not dumbasses or have trees growing money in our backyards. There were stuff that we're passionate about and blessed enough to own. So we made the decision to invest. In fact, the passion should be praised!

And well, morally it is also better not to pirate games but I won't act a hypocrite here. I'll pirate the shit outta PS3 if I could :P

Agreed again. Imagine the broken hearts and pain that these guys had to endure upon the sight of the dreaded rings. People mostly preferred 360 for its cheap games but they still made a one time investment, which is significant for a number of a people. Seeing their money burn down like that has to be painful.

the chit chat section gets a lot of potential spam topics anyway, if you want to increase your activity post creative, smart and original replies in the topics that get posted there, no need to be a mindless post drone.

well my friend that post count is the only thing that people see when they take a first glance near your avatar and considering that no one is even half as near to that is quite astonishing so it is hard for someone to just believe that there's no spam in there well then again everyone does spam a bit here and there.

p.s after spending a bit of time here at PG i was bound to change my opinion about Chandoo as being a spam monster..... i.e Respect

Kindly declare another type of post as spam where people ask

"Is game XYZ available, tell me NOW."

This becomes spamming specially when the person asking the question does not even own the console for which the game is released.

The first section where almost ll of the thread are "wich x/y/z thing is best for me/in my range".
Every new thread is like so. The hardware section was to be was to be a place where moslty discussion on various hardware was to take place or to the most extent problems faced by people. So.......

My suggestion: Make a thread where only such queries can be posted.

Srsly, this recent surge of strictness seems strangely out of character for a gaming forum, miright? Oh well, I'm not one to question the rules. I just hope the worse cases of spam *ahem ahem whisper names ahem ahem* are taken care of more effectively.

Using arguments like "ps3 has no piracy" or "who would pay 4000 for a game" to try to belittle any ps3 owner should be considered a bannable offence. Those ARE valid arguments if someone comes up asking yet again "Which console should I get". Pointing out the PROS and CONS of the consoles isnt supposed to be something to cause a ban now cmon.

However, mocking 360 owners ... ps3 owners ... even a pc owner (upgrade kartay rahogay blah blah), pretty much owner of any device sounds reasonable.
