its scary .. BTW ihave asked a western guy about torrent downloading... he said that the piracy laws doesnt effect public but hackers and website owners

Get a seed box and download from private trackers, and atleast wait for dvd rip.

Anyone whose saying dont use torrents because you're in the US is a total idiot. Almost EVERYONE uses torrents in the US, you just have to be more secure.
Decent Private Trackers (more private than IPT) are much more secure than the public/semi-private ones, it's the large trackers that are usually under watch. Do some research on private trackers beyond IPT, you'll go a long way.
Ultimately the best way to secure your torrenting needs is to get a 15$/month seedbox, and do all your torrenting via that.
Never use public trackers and use a seedbox
