It's really difficult to build up tower overs residential premises/plots nowadays, due to the revise of rates by CDGK and plot allocation diagram. If in Karachi, CDGK has temporarily terminated this service for some addition to service charges.

As soon the service starts, you can contact any cellular company for their Cellular Service Booster Plant Programme.

I am giving you an idea. Best to contact is Telenor. They pay good per month i.e 45,000 and the contract is valid for 2 years.
