Need help!... stuck badly!

Guys i wanted to know that i ordered an item from a non PG Member...

and it turns out that the person has run away with my money... i have dealt with him before and he never caused problems... but now it seems to me that he took my money and ran away! i had used easy paisa to send him money and when he took out the money from easy paisa he said he is going to courier office and never replied after that...

i have three phone numbers of his... 2 are closed.. i found out 1 this morning.. called him and he hung up saying that you will get it today.. im busy...

just wanted to know what should i do!.. its my money at stake here

Jshak has only resolved issues among PG frauds =/ i doubt he can be of any help to an outside PG member and you should ALWAYS ALWAYS deal with someone face to face even on hc.com i NEVER do out of town deals even if the person is offering an amazing price i always deal with local ppl on HC.com and even on PG i always check trader score of a member before dealing with him but despite that i ALWAYS ask for money first in my account if i am the seller you should learn that dealing with out of towners is ALWAYS a risk

i'm just saying that MAYBE jshak can help you and again a MAYBE but incase he doesn't you can take this to CLPC and if that doesn't work lodge an FIR against him, judging by the fact you wired him money i take it he is not even in your city, really bad move mate

i know there are some points i was a douche on... we had agreed towards me giving him half and then giving half after i receive the product... but after taking the first half he changed and said no.. you send it and then i will send it.. he did same as before and i got the product...

i had no choice.. either to forget the half i sent.. or take risk and send the other half and get the item...

btw he even if he sent it yesterday.. it should have been here max by 12... and still nothing...! im temptedly waiting for the doorbell to ring and some1 from courier is @ my door.!
