Arrogant as well as ignorant, it is. I don't know about intelligent life, but life in one form or another (at least microscopic), HAS to exist somewhere out there.

I believe that there might have been life on Mars and that right now there is life on Saturn's and Jupiter's moons like Europa and Titan (because of their warm core and nitrogen based oceans).

Now what kind of life, Carbon based, Nitrogen based, Silicon based? We have yet to see. It would be amazing if there are triple helix DNA organisms (like the ones theorized), or that not being based on any sort of DNA/RNA at all . It would boost our biology by 100s of years.
