i dont want to take money out from india, because in india u can only take out 5,000 Rs per week & currency rate will also kill the money badly...

this is why USA will be better...in one go can take out the whole money...& currency wont hurt much but will improve according to Pak Rupees...

ok firstly i've been using paypal for over a year .. and your story makes no sense .. if u can't add a legit address and bank account within a week of making ur paypal ... your paypal account gets locked and you lose any money in it ... that happened to me as well ... and if u can access it then u should be able to transfer the money anywhere not just to india or usa ... though it's impossible that u can access your paypal without proper background information ... They called my sister to confirm the address in canada and the bank account and so far they do it to everyone ...

you can't deposit or withdraw money from the account ...

bro first of all ur acc is limited which means u can't transfer money from one account to other u can only withdraw ur money after 180 days....and i think it is usa account so u can only withdraw ur money to usa account........

and there are 2 reasons of getting ur account limited by paypal...

1-You have recived money from hacked paypal

2-you have used different ip's for logining in paypal
