Ok I have been following Joker's thread, the one he posted regarding being healthy/body builing/loosing weight and he touched on something called "BEE". This is an index that tells you how much you need to eat at no activity level, hence it helps when you want to loose weight i think.
My situation is the other way round, I want to gain weight and I don't see how to? I've figured out how many calories I need per day to gain weight, its like 450calories per meal if I have 5 meals a day. The problem is, how do I actually count them?
I mean can someone help me with this, like if I have roti, how many calories does 1 roti have, how many calories would one normal plate of mutton/chicken/vegetable/fish have so I can figure out how much I need to eat? Since our food is so different from others, I cant find this sort of stuff on the internet, they only tell you how much calories 1 gram of this and that has, I dont cook and I am not weighing food everytime I eat it to see how many grams it is
