      Total Video Converter......naaaaa no volume normalizing thing.........i hav already given a shot to AviUtl from divx-digest link...it does normalize sound level but it doesnot support batch conversion in other words i hav to normalize 1 by 1.....besides this soft only supports .avi files no mp4 files which is the req. for iPod...yar i got a huge collection of video songs n total 3 iPods...gaane nai suno ga to itne iPods ka kya krun ga!!!:d

      well you will have to normalize each file one by one :P
      for mp4 normalize the avi and convert to mp4
      one hell of a job...

      The only way you're gonna get an answer is on a Warez forum.
