Unable to change Skype's icon

Hey guys, another problem and I am back :P well the problem ain't big, I am unable to change the icon of Skype as shown in the screenshot below, I am using win7 and am able to change all application icons except Skype's. So please help me regarding this. Thanks

Is that SHORTCUT even working?

The target field should say the exact location of the file. No problem at my end.

its maybe cox ur trying it on a shortcut...try doing it on the original exe

Ahh, no, can't change the icon on both original or shortcut.

You got two options:

1. Reinstall Skype
2. Use third party software like Icon changer or IconPackager

Alright, first of all, how do I pack an icon for iconpackager? Which application? Ohh wait, Windows 7 doesn't support Icon Packager yet
