Hell yeah... its called "dream scenes in windows 7", actualy using this feature u can set any .wmv(windows media video) videos as desktop background
Google for it u will find lots of them.

^ official site doesnt support windows 7.
its working now. ok now give me a link to a website with true hd animation. googled it alot but didnt find any in wmv formate. the ones from dreamscene are not crispy enough.

Why not u convert ur own videos into .wmv format ?

Dreamscene is the only solution. HD clips will likely cause massive lag/performance issues and its not available for that reason.
I tried it too for the awesomness but it's not really that cool once you experience it. Back to good ol' wallpapers.
