      Firewall Software Ratings

Here are the some of the best available firewall softwares, personally I tried various firewalls but I found none of them better, recently uninstall the outpost firewall pro 2008 because it's lagging on windows vista :S, Zonealarm was better but now it's a resource hog, worst for gamers! I heard good reputation about Online Armour firewall, but it's only for XP at the moment

Going to try the Comodo firewall now..let's see how it goes!

BTW, which firewall software you guys are using?

      Here are firewall software ratings:

ZoneAlarm was good as I said, but on vista it sucks! further more I am quite surprised that you are not using any anti virus on LAN and it's a well known fact that ZoneAlarm is only a good firewall, its AV sucks full time.

If you are safe from the viruses it's because of your luck, however on XP ZA is a good firewall, anyway head over to http://www.wilderssecurity.com/ and you will see lots of peoples had and still having problems with ZA.

BTW, I had used ZA for years on my old XP PC.

zone alarm security suite has the engine of kaspersky antivirus 6 running. So its very safe and good.

I'm using bitdefender total security. Its quite good but not perfect.
