      @Cerberus!

      Talk about The Best, its Comodo Firewall.

      However, the best product featuring Antivirus & Firewall, would be Norton Internet Security 2013. There is no crack needed as there are "Trial Resets" are available, which extends the trial period of 15/30 days upto 90 days ... and can be used multiple times.

      ------

      If you are using Windows 8 then avoid using any 3rd Party softwares are the included package of Windows Firewall + Windows Defender works just brilliantly. It may lack the advanced (or ease of access) features like 3rd Party Softwares but i assure you they dont disappoint.

      ------

      May i ask why do you want to use it?

      @Cerberus! Even your Windows Firewall can do it very easily. Adding the softwares may be a little tricky or a little lengthy procedure but bear with me, as it'll only feel difficult ONCE. After that you'll be able to do it quite easily, and comfortably.

      Assuming you are currently using Windows Firewall:

      Control Panel > System & Security > Windows Firewall > Advance Settings (choose from left panel) > Left Side ... Inbound/Outbound Rules > Look at Right Pane ... "New Rule" > Add Program .... use BLOCK ... in both Inbound/Outbound.

      Let me know if you face any difficulty in doing so.
