rosario+vampire? if u read the manga then i also would say that the art isnt very good but if u want to read a good ecchi and good quality manga the work of satou souji is good ( highschool of the dead,triage,fire fire fire) or the work of hiromoto akira(prison school) these mangas are what u would call ecchi comedy.......these can be the cure for ur ecchiphobia...
