According to Collider there is a chance of Tron 3

We heard in January that Disney filmed additional material specifically for the DVD/Blu-ray release of Tron: Legacy. The official release is scheduled for April 5, but we sneaked a peak earlier this month with a leaked 10-minute clip of new footage, “Tron: The Next Day.” That clip has since been taken down, but the resilient Youtube poster has uploaded a second clip from the DVD.
Though shorter (and less titled) than “Tron: The Next Day,” the new clip has even deeper implications on a possible Tron 3: it features a text conversation between the villainous Father and Son Dillinger that suggest the closing moments of “The Next Day” are just “a minor bump in the road” to their evil plan. Watch it (while it’s still up) after the jump.

Agree on that but like i said that if they do Tron 3 its gonna be great , and the whole 3 parts , you will then love legacy as stepping up as a bridge b/w tron and tron 3

Tron 3 will open up new dimension a new movie . If Disney had planed to do tron 3 from beginning
then i am gonna say Legacy as a very good movie cause after 20 years they brought Legacy which step up a gap b./w tron 3 and tron

Its like when Resident Evil movie ended i was like WOW now the movie has really begun. But they screwed the other parts thats another thing

well it wasn't a disaster... it was a great visually stunning movie.... locked story but which movie doesn't nowadays?? if michael bay is allowed to chirp out travesties every couple of years then why can't anyone else?? it is a shallow shallow world we live in... now you can honestly say that the transformers:revenge of the fallen wasn't the most cringe worthy movie ever made followed by transformers 1 as a close second??

yes they should do it by 2013 or 2014 max IF they do make Tron3 then as far Jeff Bridges i think his involement doesnt matter , Thats what Legacy did it created a bridge and new Dimension for tron 3 thats Garret Hedlund Jeff bridges son Flynn son , and on the other hand Edward Dillinger Jr (Cillian Murphy ) son of the Tron 1 villan .

Creating new set of Characters and there story and involvement now in modern times TRon 3 could become a very good movie

You are right mate , But since it took 20 god dammn years you need to be perfect for it . Or Should i say if they are doing Tron 3 then tron 2 is good . They should have said it before Tron 2 we are gonna make Tron 3 no matter what

well it is 28 years to be correct... and it wasn't like avatar which did take 10 years in the making... they just thought to cash in on something that was hit and could be done better in the modern world atleast visually...

and jeff bidges isn't that old...
