I use ableton, so I just got that sample from freesound.org and chucked it in there, then built on it. My setup's fairly ghetto, and since you're a gear geek like me, I'll outline it for you

72 custom MIM tele > shitty 15rs converter than converts the 1/4gtr cable > pc (no special soundcard) > ableton suite 8 > guitar rig 3

I use a smattering of downloaded vsts alongside some stock ableton vsts. oh and yeah, some from guitar rig 3.

No way dude! A simple 1/4 to 1/8 converter and that's it?! Awesome stuff! You probably get like zero latency while recording as well. Too good.

You've inspired the crap out of me though. Nice album, heard all the tracks. Morocco was my favorite. I'll give it another go in the car tomorrow; especially the last track.

I use asio4all drivers to get zero latency. But yeah, very ghetto setup. hahaha. I also didn't do much actual mixing (probably cause I'm too lazy and didn't want to work hard-er). But piracy man. Ableton and Guitar Rig 3 pirated copies allowed this to happen hahahaha. the internet :adore:
