I currently have an inactive wow account but I'm still tempted to buy these so I could RAF with my cousin. Unfortunately, Blizzard does not accept US verified Paypal for any of their purchase except for subscription. I have a UBL account so is there anyways I can use the UBL debit card to purchase online?

I used my Standard Chartered Debit card with a VISA logo to buy the game for my self and a couple of other people and game time too from BOTH US and EU stores, you can give it a shot. whats the worse that can happen?

World Call FTW <3 For some reason my pings a lot better than when I was on PTCL. And I originally played the First WoW pirated on a US cracked server while on World Call 64 or 128Kb connection with awesome pings, but on PTCL I saw a sharp rise in pings.
