How to do raids

hi i recently start playing on wowscape funserver. these are my builds so far:

Level 70 Night Elf Durid {Nick: Helixbravo}

Level 62 Tareun Shaman {Nick : Helixshaman}

Level 53 Undead Rouge {Nick : HelixRogue}

i been going to BT joining people already there and kill everything in sight. but im not sure its a proper raid. i seen many youtube videos of big bosses and i only saw one boss in BT which is easy to kill. i thought there were suppose to be 4 bosses in BT. Is there a portal or anything that im missing?

please guide me. i need to know how to begin a raid and get to those big bosses which drop t6 etc.

Oh and if you are 'raiding' on private servers, you really are not raiding, they tune up strengths, and tune down bosses.
